30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@welcomelane.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  3. Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned product. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged product, etc.).

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@welcomelane.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or partially used products cannot be returned for hygienic and safety reasons, unless they are defective.
