Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (USPS/UPS): 5-7 business days — $5.99
Expedited Shipping (UPS): 2-3 business days — $12.99
Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75

Shipping Area

We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or by contacting our customer support team.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@welcomelane.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
